Established manufacturing company in Gloucester County, NJ is searching for a Customer Service Representative for to be the communications link between our customers and our operations team.
Applicants should be outgoing, motivated, easily able to identify decision makers, and fully engaged to support our Client Services and Collection Representatives.

The ideal applicant will have the capability to schedule multiple shipments daily and advanced level in MS Excel, be a problem solver with good organizational skills, be dedicated, detail-oriented, as well able to multi-task. We are looking for a full-time staff member that fits well into our customer support team.
Success in this position requires exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to be a team player. Product knowledge and a full understanding of customer service philosophy and procedures of the company. Keep “customer satisfaction” as a guiding factor.
Areas of Accountability and Responsibility:
· The successful candidate is responsible for a variety of duties and customer service functions, including large quotations, order execution, credit adjustments/collection, field service, terms and conditions and all other duties under the direction of the Director of Sales.
· The duties include all functions of customer service, assistance with day-to-day issues and troubleshooting and assistance with pricing management.
· The candidate is also responsible to maintain an effective department with proper workflow documentation, maintain product lead times and assist in return material requests
· Customer order management from order entry through shipment notification. Generation of production order requirements and maintain customer database
· Maintain the pace of order flow to insure prompt and courteous customer service.
· Communicate customer issues and concerns for prompt action by company managers as required, review complaints of service or products to ensure customer satisfaction
· Other duties include the review of requests for credit, coordination of the approval process for credit memos and no charge orders, referral of complaints of service or product failure to appropriate departments for further investigation.
Qualifications:
· Experience in a business-to-business Customer Service role.
· Manufacturing background and experience preferred.
· Strong computer skills and analytical ability required
· College degree preferred
Compensation:
Full-time position:
M-TH 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM / Fr – 7:30 AM -11:30 AM
Salary range:
52K – 57K depending on experience
