**Job Overview:**
Project Manager+++Senior Development Engineer+++CTO
Do you have the desire and ability to progress into a CTO role in the next year? Base salary +40% management bonus based on personal and corporate performance. This is an extremely important role working alongside our current CTO to lead and oversee all the firm’s technology-related initiatives to support the strategic vision of the firm.
Demonstrated expertise and technical proficiency in a range of programs and platforms relevant to financial services technology stacks is required. Daily duties will include overseeing project management work associated with designing and configuring systems and networks. This also includes overseeing daily maintenance needs and platform/program coding initiatives. Evaluation of new programs and vendors and ongoing management of vendor relationships along with coordinating with Operations, Compliance, and Senior Management to ensure alignment with industry standards and regulations is also required. This role will also be responsible for leading and managing a team of 1-2 people which may grow over time, including new employee onboarding and training.
The ideal candidate will have five to ten years of experience managing technology initiatives in the financial services industry. This person must be passionate about delivering the highest level of service, have great attention to detail, excellent communication skills and leadership qualities, and a desire to work in a collaborative culture where their ideas are valued, and teamwork is at the heart of our success.
Qualifications
· Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience leading technology initiatives in the financial sector, with a track record of successfully managing people, projects, and delivering tangible results.
· Strategic Vision: Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into actionable technology strategies and solutions.
· Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in a range of technologies and platforms relevant to financial services, including but not limited to portfolio management systems, CRM, trading platforms, coding and computing, data analytics, and cybersecurity.
