Position Overview
Responsible for all areas of the parts infrastructure at the facility to include parts sourcing, parts ordering, shipping / receiving, billing, and transferring and stocking of parts and supplies related to customer aircraft and maintenance of Jet MXs’ equipment and facilities.
Essential Job Functions
- Look up parts for customer aircraft and provide part numbers, alternate part numbers, and alternate parts for mechanics.
- Negotiate and Order parts as needed for customers and the JetMX facilities.
- Track all parts orders and maintain a daily status list of each order.• Perform routine inventory cycle counts and complete related documents.
- Drop off and pick up items locally using company provided vehicle.• Develop and implement inventory control and ordering processes.
- Generate purchase orders and receive parts in Corridor software.
- Review and approve billing for orders and submit to corporate for payment processing.
- Perform receiving inspections on incoming parts.
- Report Suspected Unapproved Parts (SUPs) to the Chief Inspector
- Develop working relationships with vendors and maintain the approved vendor list.• Prepare shipments and accept deliveries.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,400.00 per year
