Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Provide information about chiropractic plans
- Assist with patient requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Previous experience working at front desk preferred but not required
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of hotel management systems is an asset
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.84 - $15.78 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
