Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will run the daily functions of:
1. Assisting administrator with daily tasks.
2. Maintenance of all clients.
3. Management of new in-person and online applicants
4. Management of authorizations (expired and expiring)
5. Assist with Coordination and HR when necessary.
Monitoring Responsibilities:
● Run daily reports to identify client schedules, Expired or Expiring Auths, new applicants (all platforms)
● Change client status with noted reason.
● Follow up on On-Hold clients and note updates.
● Report to Administrator daily on caseload, auth, and applicants, status updates.
● Collaborate coordinators to assist with Authorizations.
● Collaborate w/coordinators for respite cases/hours
● Run reports or sort Sandata to stay up to date with authorizations
● Confirm client visits in Sandata
● Manage client profiles .
● Monitor for important messages, ensuring they are seen or delivered to the proper department.
Duties/Responsibilities:
● Thorough documentation in client and caregiver profiles
● Superior customer service
● Maintain caseload – avoiding loss of client due to lack of communication/staffing.
● Increase caseload – building relationships with referral sources
● Maintain accurate information in Sandata, update information in a timely manner.

Education and experience:
● High school completion, 10 + credits f college degree
● At least one year of case coordination experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $43,000.00 - $51,000.00 per year
