Administrative Coordinator
We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to provide enthusiastic and inclusive support to the Program Director and the Management team within a multi-component drug and alcohol addiction recovery environment. This position requires a detail oriented person who will assist in the daily operations in all applicable methods and practices. Must be comfortable working within an agency that serves individuals recovering from drug and alcohol addiction. Capable of working independently while prioritizing the right projects, have good communication skills and be able to manage highly confidential information with use of discretion.
Duties and Responsibilities: Familiarization with agency policies and procedures and applicable regulations. Greet all visitors. Answer Phones. Type correspondence, prepare various narrative and/or statistical reports, letters and memoranda’s. Directs participants to appropriate services. Verify insurance of incoming participants. Review intake and referral materials for accuracy. Monitor weekly SNS reports, urinalysis reports and daily census, then reviews them for accuracy and completeness.
Requirements: Two years or more of administrative experience is required. Associates Degree (preferred). Must be computer literate and well versed with Microsoft Office applications, along with demonstrated computer experience in word processing, internet research, spreadsheet creation and database management. Ability to operate standard office business machines, e.g. copier, fax machines, multi-line telephone, modem and labeler.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
