Job Summary:
The Compensation Analyst supports company-wide compensation programs. The Compensation Analyst is responsible for supporting programs administration and implementation and communication of new programs, policies and processes. The Compensation Analyst is also responsible for providing support, guidance and recommendations on base pay management, completing market analysis and for collaborating with senior members of the team to support HR Consultants and Business leaders on all compensation-related issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
-Maintains job description library and Serves as the owner of the organization’s salary survey database and makes recommendations on job evaluation process, and methodology.
-Assists in the creation and maintenance of salary administration programs including salary structures, merit and promotional guidelines, and short term incentive.
-Responsible for participating in the annual external salary survey data gathering and submission on behalf of Discover, and analysis of results.
-Assists with the global year-end process, including project management, stakeholder training and communication, reporting, analytics, and audits.
- Provides support to the Compensation Consultants and may collaborate and act as the internal consultant to HR Consultants and business leadership on compensation-related issues, as needed.
