Customer Service Representative - South Austin

Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls; place outgoing calls and follow up on customer questions.
- Provide quotes via phone and email (no cold calling expected)
- Provide "Wow" service by confidently explaining the Value of the services offered.
- Enter customer information into the system and schedule service.
- Perform daily tasks such as processing payments and other tasks as assigned.
- Investigate damage claims and research customer concerns.
- Liaison between team members in the field and customers
- Maintain a professional attitude and image for all customers and with all co workers.
- Conducting Happy Calls: recognizing teams for efficient performance and positive customer reviews
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent professional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills in English and Spanish
- Computer savvy
- Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to change as we grow.
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, ability to multitask and work independently
- Welcomes feedback and guidance in order to grow
- Enjoy working in a Team environment.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Access to reliable transportation. (this is an in office job)
Experience Required:
- 2+ years of proven and recent experience in a Call Center environment
- Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English and Spanish
- Ability to type a minimum of 45 words per minute
- Proficient in utilizing Excel and Google Docs
- 2+ years of recent customer service experience by phone
Physical Requirements:
- Work is performed 100% in an office environment
- The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing on keyboard, making and answering calls and looking at multiple computer screens
- Requires occasional standing, walking, lifting, stooping or bending
