We are a startup company focused on marketing AI-powered consumer electronics products. Based in Anaheim, we are working on establishing and promoting the Hearit.AI series in the U.S. market. We have already set up an Amazon store and are preparing to launch Amazon B2B and Alibaba US stores. We also plan to participate in various exhibitions to cover both online and offline markets, targeting both B2B and B2C segments. With fourteen years of experience in hardware and communication product development and manufacturing, supported by a robust supply chain and team in Shenzhen, we ensure rapid product realization and delivery.
Job Description:
We are seeking a Sales Manager to establish and lead a team focused on the marketing and sales of AI-enabled consumer electronics, such as interactive Bluetooth headphones, wireless microphones, and wireless speakers. This role involves strategizing and executing marketing and sales plans, managing the team to align with company goals, and collaborating with senior management to report on market trends and team progress.
Responsibilities:
Build and manage a sales and marketing team of 3-4 people..
Develop and execute sales strategies and targets for B2B and B2C markets.
Drive brand establishment and profitability for our products in the U.S. market.
Participate in exhibitions and online and offline marketing activities to increase brand awareness.
Assist in setting up and managing Amazon B2B and Alibaba US stores.
Report on market trends and team progress to senior management.
Requirements:
Strong interest and understanding of AI and consumer electronics markets.
Extensive experience in team management and market strategy execution.
Ability to independently identify and leverage market resources to drive business growth.

We Offer:
A competitive monthly salary of $6,000 - $9,000.
Base salary + performance bonuses + commissions + profit sharing (with a bonus pool) .
Over 5% commission on gross profits.
A 16% performance-based bonus pool and potential equity incentives.
