Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling front desk reception and administrative duties. This position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform data entry tasks accurately
- Assist with order entry and processing
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
- Experience with phone systems and office equipment operation
- Knowledge of basic administrative and clerical procedures
