Position Overview:
Palm Beach Gardens Recovery is seeking an experienced and motivated Vice President of Business Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth and maintaining a robust OON census across our PHP, IOP, and OP levels of care. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development within the substance abuse treatment industry, and a strong ability to forge and maintain healthy business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience: Must have experience working in Substance Abuse Treatment Centers
- Business Development: Lead and execute strategic business development initiatives to increase referrals and admissions for OON clients for PHP, IOP, and OP levels of care.
- Marketing & Sales: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote Palm Beach Gardens Recovery and expand our reach within the community and beyond.
- Networking: Professionally represent Palm Beach Gardens Recovery at networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings to build brand awareness and foster relationships.
- Tricare Accounts: Manage and maintain proficiency in handling Tricare accounts, ensuring compliance and optimizing client access.
- Census Management: Utilize knowledge and strategies to maintain and improve census levels in our PHP, IOP, and OP programs.
- Out-of-Network Access: Develop and implement strategies to access and engage out-of-network clients, enhancing service accessibility.
- Relationship Building: Establish and sustain strong, healthy business relationships with referral sources, stakeholders, and community partners.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly evaluate business development performance and adjust strategies to meet goals.
Qualifications:
- Experience:Minimum of 1 year in marketing, with specific experience in business development within the substance abuse treatment field.
- Tricare Accounts: Proficiency in managing and optimizing Tricare accounts.
- Substance Abuse Treatment: Demonstrated experience working in private substance abuse treatment facilities at PHP, IOP, and OP levels of care.
- Relationships: Proven ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships in the substance abuse treatment industry.
- Marketing & Sales: Proficient in marketing and sales techniques, with a strong track record of success.
- Census Management: Knowledgeable in maintaining and increasing census for PHP, IOP, and OP levels of care.
- Out-of-Network Clients: Experience in accessing and managing out-of-network client engagement.
