Responsibilities:
- Utilize telemarketing, networking and social media skills to prospect new clients and maintain existing relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all client needs are met and exceeded.
- Team Player, Open to change, focus on self-improvement.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of various insurance products.
- Negotiate and close insurance sales, using strong sales administration skills to manage client interactions.
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activity.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently demonstrating a strong work ethic and dedication to success.
- Demonstrate a commitment to learning and staying current with industry developments and trends.
Qualifications:
- background in sales preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with customer service and sales administration.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
