We are searching for an HVAC Service Supervisor to oversee and guide our Service team in the installation, maintenance and repair of residential HVAC systems. In this leadership role, you will ensure our customers receive exceptional service while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service
- Actively resolve customer issues arising from service calls to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain positive and productive relationships with builders.
- Prepare and present quotes for equipment and installation, as needed.
Team Management
- Evaluate staff training needs to ensure technicians and installers are proficient in diagnoses and repairs, sales, lead turnovers and high-quality installs.
- Provide technical assistance to technicians and installers for accurate diagnoses and solutions.
- Ensure technicians have required tools and that they are properly maintained.
- Actively recruit and select qualified technicians to build a strong and efficient team.
Operations Management
- Evaluate workload and service schedule to ensure maximize efficiency, minimize costs and ensure timely customer service.
- Contribute to maintaining competitive and profitable pricing structures for both AOR and Service.
- Inspects vehicles and monitors preventive maintenance to ensure proper operation.
- Oversee department safety practices to ensure worker safety.
- Collaborate with team to develop strategies and generate leads for AOR sales.
- Monitor department trends, especially in relation to warranty calls, to identify areas for improvement in diagnosis, repairs, and ticket updates.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the HVAC service industry
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and repair
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- HVAC certifications

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
