We are looking for a highly organized individual with outstanding interpersonal skills to provide support and solutions to our clients. We have a cohesive team, and want someone who likes working with others.
You will be responsible for the retention of a book of accounts and also for growing that book through new business opportunities. It will be your responsibility to communicate with, and build relationships with, those accounts throughout the year to meet their needs. You will develop and compare coverage proposals, and help clients find the plans that best fit their needs. You will need to discuss and explain insurance coverage. You will need to become proficient in the use of our agency management software (Applied Epic), and will need a proficiency in current technology as well as Outlook and Excel, and to adapt to new and changing software.
This job anticipates your presence in the office, it is not a remote option. You will need to be in a position to have transportation and any needed backup support to enable you to be present at the office during office hours.
