The Marketing Center specializes in transforming homes into beautiful, functional spaces. With a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, we handle a variety of remodeling projects, from kitchens and bathrooms to whole-home renovations. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Dispatch Coordinator to join our team and help us manage and grow our operations.
The Dispatch Coordinator is essential to our remodeling team, overseeing the seamless coordination of leads, contractors, and project schedules. This role involves managing the flow of new leads, assigning projects to contractors, tracking job progress, and maintaining clear communication between all parties involved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Distribution:
- Receive and Assign Leads: Process incoming leads from various sources and distribute them to the appropriate contractors or sales representatives.
- Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up on leads by monitoring response times and setting reminders for follow-up actions.
- Tracking: Maintain a database of all leads and their status throughout the sales and project lifecycle.
Contractor Coordination:
- Scheduling: Arrange and confirm appointments for site visits, estimates, and project kick-offs with clients and contractors.
- Dispatching: Assign projects to contractors based on availability, skills, and project requirements.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between clients and contractors, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned.
Project Management Support:
- Monitoring: Track the progress of ongoing projects, updating schedules and statuses as needed.
- Problem-Solving: Address any scheduling conflicts, delays, or issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Documentation: Keep detailed records of all project activities, communications, and updates.
Customer Service:
- Client Interaction: Provide clients with updates on project timelines, contractor arrivals, and any changes to their remodeling plans.
- Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback post-project and report on client satisfaction to improve future services.
Administrative Duties:
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on lead conversion rates, project statuses, and contractor performance.
- System Updates: Maintain and update CRM systems and project management software with current information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
