General Manager/Sales- Fitness Studio

If you answered yes, then HOTWORX Beaumont is looking for you! We are currently in need of a General Manager to conduct the day-to-day responsibilities of our studio in Beaumont, TX.
HOTWORX 24-Hour Fitness Studio is the first ever implementation of 3-dimensional training. We combine Heat, Infrared Energy, and Exercise to help flush toxins, tone up, and torch calories. Our studios offer 24-hour access to unlimited sessions ranging from Hot Yoga, to Hot Cycle, Hot Buns, and more. Our exclusive workouts are led by virtual instructors in a semi-private environment, suitable for all fitness levels to give members MORE WORKOUT IN LESS TIME!
Salary is base pay plus performance-based commissions and bonuses. Commission/bonus structure can amount to significantly more in total salary. We provide substantial paid training, certifications, and on-going support to ensure you have the tools you need to be successful.
General Manager must be prepared for an exciting opportunity with unlimited earning potential. SALES, SALES, SALES! Must be strong in sales, community outreach, and business-to-business networking. Must be proficient in the various social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc. Our ideal candidates have previous sales experience, previous experience in the fitness industry, and a strong interest in helping others to feel and look their very best. Candidates should personally lead a healthy lifestyle and have a personal passion for fitness.

- Always striving for only 5-star online ratings from Yelp, Facebook, Google and other listing sites. 5 stars happen when the studio maintains a culture of supreme customer service and hospitality. Turn negative reviews into 5 stars by contacting the customer and going above and beyond to solve their grievances.
- Coaching and training sales staff while achieving personal sales goals to lead by example along with interviewing, hiring, and firing of other staff.
- Meeting with and reporting on sales trends and prospecting efforts to the owner regularly.
- Willing to network in the community, online, and business to business to promote HOTWORX.
- Managing staff schedule, processing payroll information, and staying on top of all studio general maintenance requirements.
- Utilizing social media and all other marketing and advertising media to engage members and the community, and to help grow the member base and brand awareness daily.
- Using online platforms and software for customer relations management process, POS systems for membership sales, billing and collections as well as for email and texting campaigns. Training will be provided.
Job Type: Full-time- 40 hours per week
Salary: $32,000.00 base pay to $85,000.00 per year with commissions and bonuses
Experience:
- Fitness Studio Management: 1 year (Preferred)
- Membership Sales/Retail: 1 year (Required)
- Social Media: (Required)
- License: National Trainer (Preferred)
Education:
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree (Preferred)
