Dental Assistant - 2+ years experience required
We are looking to hire a dynamic, experienced dental assistant to join our team as part of the most up-to-date, modern, high quality, patient-oriented, caring, general-comprehensive care office. Our recently renovated dental office is located in the famous Whitehall building in Riverdale, NY. We provide quality restorative dental care, endodontic treatment, Invisalign, Smile Makeovers, Itero scans, and much more.
We are looking for a highly competent dental assistant who will make the dentist’s office more efficient and pleasant for patients. You’ll ensure excellent customer service and lift administrative and basic dental tasks off the dentist’s shoulders. Dental assistants should be well-organized with great attention to detail. You should be able to follow instructions and respect dental office regulations. We want you to be skilled in providing direct or indirect patient care and able to make office procedures as smooth as possible.
The dental assistant we seek will be a great communicator, highly efficient and motivated. The dental assistant must have experience with digital x-ray technique, chairside techniques, Itero and 3Shape Dental Scans for Invisalign and crowns, dental impression making and models, implant restorative care, dental photography and a good understanding of current infection control and sterilization protocols. The ability to use Dentrix is a requirement. Organizational skills are critical.
