Terran Industries is a growing axle and component provider with a goal to add a Sales Representative who can sell axles and trailer components by the truckload to trailer manufacturers in the state of Texas and surrounding states/area.
We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. The Sales Representative will be responsible for cold calling/emailing, visiting potential customers/existing customers, managing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to increase customer satisfaction. The successful candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.
Must have a valid U.S. Drivers License and travel 50% - 75% of the time to visit potential customers and existing customers.
Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 (depending on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
- Cold calling/enter leads/customer information into software system, track and follow up on leads
- Understand customer needs and develop strategies to meet them.
- Develop, create, manage poential customer and existing customer pricing/sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
- Monitor customer accounts and provide customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Manage customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty.
