We are seeking a Dynamic Controller who will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, audit, taxation, treasury, payroll, and the refinement and development of internal controls, policies, and procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Oversee the preparation and finalization of monthly and periodic financial reports

Provide comprehensive financial updates to senior executives and cross-functional partners.

Develops and implements internal control policies and procedures.
- Guide financial decisions by applying company policies and procedures to current economic landscape.

Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls and guidelines by improving automation.
- Offer analytical and strategic financial advice to executives to support decision-making.
- Manage the company's compliance and administrative programs.

Coordinate tax planning and compliance activities, working with external tax advisors to prepare tax returns, calculate tax provisions and develop tax-savings strategies, ensuring timely filing of tax returns.

Direct the treasury functions.

Coordinate audits and audit planning.

Maintain and build strong operational processes and controls to most effectively manage AR and AP to ensure appropriate cash positions, vendor, and customer relationships.

Responsible for all domestic accounting processes (US GAAP) such as Billing, General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Company Assets and Payroll
- Oversight of multi-national and Branch activities
Required Skills and Qualifications

7+ or more years of professional accounting experience

Strong proficiency in US GAAP

Working knowledge of national and local tax regulations and compliance reporting

Experience in managing payroll processes.

Managerial skills background and able function in a leadership role

Adept with technology, computer literacy, automations, and controls within key systems
- Reasoning ability to deal with complex financial issues.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Ability to maintain confidentiality and respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries and concerns

Ability to exhibit high standards of business and personal ethical conduct, leadership, teamwork, positive attitude, initiative and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in business, accounting, or related field.

Multi-national business experience

Experience with Contract Analysis is a plus.

Remote position with some travel.
