Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care, assess patient needs, and develop and implement nursing care plans. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities
- Assess patient needs, develop and implement nursing care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and provide appropriate treatments
- Administer injections and medications as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document patient progress, symptoms, and vital signs
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and preventive measures
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients
- Utilize coding knowledge to accurately document patient information
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse license
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
