Customer Service: The Fruit Expert ensures Edible Arrangements service standards are met and surpassed by providing Guests with prompt, quality product selection, purchase, and preparation.
Summary of Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of product knowledge and quality standards
- Builds long-term relationships and builds the trust and loyalty of Guests.
- Responds to Guest needs
- Maintains Guest Service area and equipment in a clean and appealing manner
- As needed, prepares a variety of fruit arrangements, dipped fruit and ETG products to Edible Arrangements standards
- Follows inventory stocking and recording guidelines
- Takes responsibility to learn all aspects of the Fruit Expert position
- Learns and demonstrates creating the Edible Arrangements Experience
- Learns and performs duties of Guest Service, production
- Learns and demonstrates all performance standards by completing In Store Training Experience and utilizes Nspire training on ongoing basis.
Fruit Designers/Dippers: The Production Person is responsible for creating the arrangements, dipped fruit boxes and cut fruit for ETG products, following the operational procedures set by Edible Arrangements.
Summary of Key Responsibilities:
- Arranges bouquets according to Edible Arrangements methods and procedures
- Prepare a variety of arrangements according to Guests' orders or supervisors' instructions, following approved procedures and proper portion sizes.
- Plans arrangements/dips according to Guest requirements, utilizing knowledge of Edible Arrangements designs
- Selects fruit for arrangements
- Wash, peel and/or cut various fruit to prepare for arranging
- Package arrangements or dipped fruit
- Receive and store fruit supplies, equipment, and utensils in refrigerators, cupboards, and other storage areas
- Follows proper food sanitation and handling procedures
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred (High school shifts available!)
- Excellent Guest Service and communication skills
- Knowledge of Food Sanitation Procedures/will train
- Knowledge of food design techniques/will train
- Ability to read orders and follow verbal and written instructions
- Detailed oriented
- Positive attitude

- Valid State Driver’s License
- Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
