Essential Position Functions:
Provide training and guidance applicable to supportive housing regulations including, but not
limited to, NY State OMH, NYC DOHMH & DHS, HUD McKinney, and Medicaid OMIG.
Perform on-site program operation reviews in all residential programs (Brooklyn, Bronx,
Manhattan).
Supervise the process of Medicaid authorizations including expiration dates, recertification and
invoicing.
Create and execute staff training on regulations, audit prep, and new policies.
Assist in the preparation and submission of required HUD documentation.
Assist with all Corrective Action Plans and other responses to regulatory agencies.
Lead residential program audits and monitorization of audit visits.
Attend staff meetings, supervision, and training as required.
Any other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Bachelor’s degree required.

At least two years of experience working with individuals who have histories of homelessness and behavioral health diagnoses.

Excellent organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.

Superior computer literacy skills, with a demonstrated familiarity with AWARDS and Excel.

Knowledge of New York City supportive housing systems, HUD, OMH, DOHMH, DHS, and OASAS programs is a plus.

Must be willing to routinely travel via public transportation to programs throughout the Bronx, Brooklyn, and Manhattan.

Comfortable working independently.

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
