Mandatory Technical Qualifications (MTQ's) (required). Narrative response 1 page per MTQ (3 pages total). Any pages exceeding maximum will not be considered. Applicants who meet all the minimum qualifications will be evaluated by a panel of subject-matter-experts to determine the degree to which they possess each of the listed Mandatory Technical Qualifications (MTQ's). This evaluation will determine which applicants are best qualified. This information will be obtained from the application package, including the required narrative statements for the MTQs as described in this vacancy. As such, your narrative statements should demonstrate that you have the knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully fulfill responsibilities of the duties described. We recommend that your narrative statements include examples that are clear, concise, and emphasize your level of responsibilities, the scope, and complexity of the programs, activities, or services managed; accomplishments; policy initiatives undertaken; level of contacts; the sensitivity and criticality of the issues addressed; and the results of actions taken. Performance Appraisal and Awards - While not required, due weight will be given to appraisals and awards submitted during the interview/selection process conducted by the hiring manager. Such documents will not be used in determining if you meet the experience requirements.
CTAP/ICTAP Eligibility - Such as a RIF separation notice, certificate of expected separation, SF-50 Notification of Personnel Action stating you were separated by RIF, OR a letter from your agency documenting your priority consideration status.
Veteran's Preference Documentation -If applying as a Veteran, you must include your DD-214 member 4 copy showing what type of discharge, SF-15, and VA letter (if applicable). If you are still on active duty, you may submit a statement of service from your unit which states the date you entered active duty, separation date, and projected discharge type.
