Compensation: $60,000 - $130,000 including base pay and bonuses
My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is currently looking for an experienced Retail Wireless District Sales Manager who is excited to work in an industry that isn’t likely to slow down. As a My Wireless Retail Wireless District Sales Manager, you will create an overall vision for each of our AT&T Wireless retail locations in your market and implement various policies and programs to drive sales performance. My Wireless District managers are team leaders who are charged with maintaining multiple store operations and ensuring that the My Wireless AT&T Retail Locations in their assigned market operate within the My Wireless and AT&T Guidelines and meet or exceed sales and profitability goals.

As a My Wireless District Sales Manager, your responsibilities include:

Execute and succeed on sales initiatives provided on a monthly basis

30% to 50% Travel between the Seattle, Wa and Sacramento, CA Markets
-
Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning team members; following up on work results
-
Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training team members
-
Achieve sales objectives by preparing a monthly action plan, motivating team members, analyzing performance metrics, and initiating corrective actions

Secure merchandise by implementing security systems and measures
-
Protects team members and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment

Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements
-
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies

Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures
-
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
