Expectations of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Full-Cycle Recruiting
-
Develop relationships with leaders to identify talent to fill position vacancies
-
Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport

Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, and using newsgroups and job sites reflecting the company brand, purpose, mission and core values

Analyzes the current job market and makes recommendations on sourcing strategies
-
Effectively pre-screen candidates and have them complete the application process
-
Coordinate and schedule candidates for interviews with Warehouse leadership
-
Assist HR Manager in the identification and planning of local recruiting events
-
Attend collegiate-level career fairs to identify and recruit potential candidates
-
Establish weekly reporting to ensure Talent Acquisition metrics are met
-
Schedule and Conduct New Hire Orientation

Recruiting and interviewing skills

Phone, Teams and online meeting platform skills

Familiarity with relevant employment law

Professionalism, organization, and project management skills
Education/Experience:
-
1-2 years non-exempt recruiting experience in full life-cycle environment, including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously in a relevant industry environment
