Dave Van Rite Construction, also known as Creative Decks & Landscaping, has been serving Northeast Wisconsin for over 40 years. We are experts at creating outdoor living spaces from decks, pergolas, cabanas, three-season rooms and more. We are a family-owned company located in Green Bay, WI. Our company is currently seeking an energetic, dedicated, hardworking, knowledgeable and trustworthy individual to fill the position of Administrative Assistant.
This individual will assist our Management Team in ensuring the office functions smoothly, support our team, and develop relationships with customers.
Job Summary:
Administrative Duties:
- Greeting customers
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails.
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Managing Virtual Estimates by assisting sending quotes from Estimators to customers via email
- General File Creation and management of various paperwork
- Ordering and managing supplies for the office
- Keeping track of inventory of sales materials, brochures, and product samples ensuring necessary items are stocked.
- Maintain a clean environment by assisting with general housekeeping of the office (Trash collection, Stocking beverages for customers, etc
- Share content on company Social Media pages
Support Duties:
- Assisting managers with administrative tasks, such as preparing materials, making copies, creating documents, etc.
- Helping organize employee events
- Assisting with technology-related issues in the office.
- Preparing job folders - including calling in Diggers Hotline tickets, assisting with Building Permits, and helping Project Managers in various tasks.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30-4 or 8:00-4:30pm
