Duties:
- Assess and evaluate patients' conditions to develop personalized treatment plans
- Administer therapeutic exercises and activities to improve patients' strength, mobility, and function
- Utilize manual therapy techniques such as trigger point therapy to alleviate pain and promote healing
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for home exercises and self-care
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Proficient in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans based on individual patient needs
- Experience in medical office setting is preferred
This position requires a degree in Physical Therapy and a valid license to practice. The successful candidate must also possess strong interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
