We are looking for a detail-oriented, ambitious candidate who will be responsible for accelerating revenue, customer acquisition and retention goals in a quick-paced, IT sales environment. The Territory Account Manager is a fundamental position within SCW, and qualified candidates will excel at targeting, growing and retaining business relationships while positioning SCW as the preferred IT vendor, with a laser focus on providing industry-leading customer service.
Under the supervision of Sales Management and with the support of a fully customized marketing campaign, the Territory Account Manager will manage and develop a territory derived from an established and qualified list of potential customers. Qualified candidates will embody a strong entrepreneurial spirit with confidence and comfort on phone calls.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing and developing current customer pipelines through a combination of phone calls, email touches, and outbound marketing activities with a focus on doing what’s right for the customer.
- Meeting daily call goals daily.
- Developing long-term growth plans to meet monthly goals with the assistance of a personalized dashboard in software programs such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Identifying key stakeholders, purchasing trends and execute daily workload requests from customers.
- Working cohesively, and leveraging relationships, with manufacturers using channel distribution resources to provide the best IT solutions for customers.
Qualified candidates will possess the following:
- Inside sales/customer service experience
- B2B experience (preferred, but not required)
- Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and ethics to work independently
- Creative problem-solving skills with a solutions-based mindset
- Proactive behavior in placing customer satisfaction above all else with the willingness to develop and retain customer relationships.
Compensation:
- $42,000 annual base + commission options after training completion and territory assignment.
- 401(k), Health, Dental, and Vision benefits offered after the initial 60-day evaluation period.
- Earned paid time off plus most major holidays.
