Job Title: Landscape Account Manager
Job Summary:
- As a Landscape Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients in the landscaping industry. Your primary goal will be to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty while managing and growing a portfolio of landscape accounts. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, providing them with exceptional customer service, addressing their needs, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality landscaping solutions. Your expertise in landscape management, sales, and client relationship management will contribute to the success and growth of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, goals, and preferences.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any issues that may arise.
- Ensure client satisfaction by promptly resolving complaints and implementing appropriate corrective actions.
- Continuously seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell landscaping services to existing clients.
- Account Management:
- Manage a portfolio of all exterior accounts, ensuring their profitability and growth.
- Develop account plans and strategies to maximize revenue and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as Landscape Designers, Project Managers, and Maintenance Crews, to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed within established parameters.
- Regularly review account performance, analyze data, and prepare reports for management and clients.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Horticulture, Landscape Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in account management, preferably within the landscaping industry.
- Strong knowledge of landscaping practices, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
