We are seeking a dynamic Director of Customer Experience to lead our team in delivering exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, project management, and leadership skills.
Duties:
- Manage and oversee the customer service team to ensure high
- quality service delivery
- Analyze customer feedback and data to improve the customer experience
- Supervise and train customer service representatives
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints
- Collaborate with sales teams to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
- Lead projects aimed at improving customer service processes
- Negotiate with vendors to secure services that benefit the customer service department
Experience:
- Proven experience in managing a customer service team
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
- Sales experience is beneficial
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Multilingual capabilities are advantageous -
- Experience supervising staff members
