Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota is currently seeking a Faculty Member to join its Psychology and Social Sciences Department at its Winona, MN campus.
The Psychology Faculty Member will foster holistic student development through coursework, advising, research, and practical experiences. This full-time position (with summers off) involves teaching 22-24 credit hours per August-May contract year, including general psychology and foundational courses, along with developing upper-level topics and seminars. Additionally, the Faculty Member will also support student research and internships aligned with their skills and expertise.

Job Requirements:
- Doctoral degree in Psychology preferred; ABD will be considered with evidence of successful teaching
- Experience in higher education teaching and advising/mentoring is required
- Expertise in one or more of the following areas is a plus: clinical/counseling psychology, developmental psychology, criminal justice, cognitive psychology, and/or cross-cultural psychology
