Administrative Assistant

* Provide continuous coverage of front desk area during normal business hours (8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday).
* Keep kitchen & office stocked and clean, including loading/unloading dishwasher, stocking soda and snacks, cleaning refrigerator and microwave & maintaining inventory levels.
* Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
* Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages (FedEx, UPS, etc.), including distribution throughout office and scanning AP invoices.
* Coordinate meetings, company conference calls, company surveys, etc., and manage and communicate conference room calendar.
* Plan, coordinate, and assist with corporate events, team building events, and lunches, both on and off-site.
* Work with building management on maintenance items and building access.
* Provide support in tax statement research and title applications.
* Complete weekly errands, including trips to bank and store as needed.
* Serve as office notary.
* Assist with travel arrangements and reservations as needed.
* Assist others in office with special projects and ad hoc requests as necessary.
Skills:
* Minimum of 3 years related office experience is required.
* Professional attire is required.
* Strong PC skills including Excel and Microsoft Office is required.
* Ability to multi-task and strong organizational skills are required.
* Must be able to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
* Must be able to work with a high level of accuracy and have a strong attention to detail.
*Strong written and oral communication skills are necessary.
* Must demonstrate consistent, predictable attendance with the ability to work outside of normal business hours when volume of work demands.
* Must have the ability to work independently while bringing matters to the attention of management when appropriate.
