Responsibilities:
● Client Relationship Cultivation: Develop and maintain strong bonds with clients, deeply understanding their needs.
● Client Satisfaction Strategies: Analyze client needs, design proactive measures, and implement strategies to ensure high satisfaction.
● High Performance Indicator (HPI) Identification: Identify and capitalize on indicators for high client performance, creating
benchmarks.
● Growth Driver: Craft and execute strategies to propel client growth, leveraging company solutions effectively.
● Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and optimize client performance metrics to ensure consistent growth.
● Provide documentation for the production team to deliver estimates per client expectations.
Qualifications:
● Profound understanding of the restoration contracting industry and estimation workflows.
● Proven track record in analyzing data trends to drive client success and growth.
● Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to manage diverse client needs effectively.
● Ability to innovate and adapt strategies to evolving market dynamics.
● High Proficiency in CRM tools, Programs/Carrier Requirements, and restoration software systems including Xactimate, Symbility.
Compensation Structure:
● $85,000 - $120,000
● Base Salary + Performance Bonus Compensation
