The Clinic Manager collaborates with clinical and non-clinical staff for all aspects of healthcare delivery at our Biograph clinic in San Mateo, CA. The Clinic Manager oversees the administrative and operational functions that impact medical services in the San Mateo clinic. They will also collaborate with the clinic Medical Director and Biograph management team in overall planning and assure delivery of the highest quality of care to all members.
Responsibilities
- Administrative, operations & office management duties
- Oversee San Mateo clinic day-to-day operations
- Collaborate with San Mateo Medical Director and operations team on managing clinic staff including but not limited to:
- Manage staff schedules and approving PTO
- Conduct regular reviews and check-ins with staff to maintain a healthy, happy, and productive team environment
- Engage in interviews and hiring for San Mateo clinic positions
- Supervise daily clinic operations such as vendor management, billing, security and occupational health and safety
- Monitor and order inventory for medications and medical equipment and general office supplies, organize for resupply
- Ensure Biograph maintains its high-level of customer service
- Work with Ops team to scale San Mateo clinic capacity while maintaining high level of service
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and training to uphold Biograph care standards
- Member services duties
- Work closely with Membership Director to support member services with:
- Prepare member schedules for appointments
- Prepare member suites for appointments by stocking them with required supplies
- Provide high-touch, white-glove service to members with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Welcome members and provide an overview of member suites
- Communicate with cross-functional clinic team to run a member through their appointment
- Work within a collaborative and dynamic schedule to ensure member visits are going smoothly
- Manage member feedback and escalation process to capture and resolve issues in a timely manner
Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate with Physicians, other medical professionals, office personnel employees and patients

- Computer literacy and knowledge of relevant health care and administrative software (GSuite, Airtable, EHR)

Compensation & Benefits
