This is a telehealth role, based out of the Hampton Roads area.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will conduct initial clinical assessments and update the clinical assessment annually. BCBA will utilize assessments, such as VB-MAPP or ABLLS-R, to monitor individual progress and ISP development and adaptation. BCBA will develops comprehensive Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) within 30 days after the start of an authorization for services and biannually and conduct ISP review meetings at least quarterly. BCBA will develop data collection methods to track individual's goal and objective progress, train staff on interventions and data collection methods as outlined in the ISP, and analyze data for progress and makes changes to interventions or goals as necessary. BCBA will provide ongoing parent, caregiver, and staff training. BCBA will provide weekly supervision for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians, for each assigned case, as outlined by BACB guidelines. BCBA will complete insurance Service Requests for Authorizations (SRAs) for initial authorization and reauthorization of services. BCBA will conduct care coordination with other service providers.
