Job Description:
We are a chain manufacturer, looking for a customer-oriented service representative. A customer service representative will provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiently. We are looking for someone who is genuinely excited to help customers, someone who is patient, empathetic and communicative. Customer feedback is priceless and we rely on our customer service representatives to gather that information. Problem solving is a very important part of this position and requires someone who is confident at troubleshooting and will investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer issues. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer calls, emails & faxes
- Check order status for customers as well as follow up on late orders.
- Enter quotes and orders accurately & efficiently
- Enter customer complaints and customer satisfaction surveys
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Follow up on quotes with customers and advise feedback.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer requests and file documents in accordance with our ISO quality program.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Job Type: Full-time
