Responsibilities:

Build positive relationships with guests, coworkers, and managers

Prioritize a quality customer experience with a warm and friendly approach and efficient service

Develop a thorough knowledge of food and beverage menus

Accurately ring up all food and beverages, per customer order

Assist with bussing tables in assigned section, greeting guests, and delivering food to assigned tables as needed

Clean assigned section and sanitize workspace in service areas as needed per restaurant protocols

Provide safe alcohol service through use of company resources, proper ID checks, and identifying signs of intoxication

Manage guest checkout process by efficiently and responsibly handling cash and credit card transactions

Occasionally answer phone and assist walk-in guests with carryout orders as needed

Become knowledgeable about the Good Food Rewards program and manage in accordance with company policy

Follow all safety and sanitation procedures per company policy, in alignment with health department regulations

Effectively communicate with bar, kitchen, and management teams to provide quality customer service
Required Qualifications:

Previous serving experience preferred

Enthusiasm for customer service and a guest-first mentality

Basic computer literacy

Basic math skills
