Texas Original Field Market Manager will act as an ambassador for Texas Original and the Compassionate Use Program. Provide direct support to recruiting, educating and prescribing doctors for the Market Managers respective territory. Help nourish and grow the patient base of each prescriber in the Market Managers respective portfolio. Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to lead Field Marketing and Educational events to cultivate and inform potential patients/consumers of the TX Compassionate Use Program (CUP).

In-market minimum expectations: 4 days per week / 40 physician appointments per month

Define new critical markets and find new doctors in the assigned territory, plan strategy and develop key relationships to ensure strong foundation for solution relation building

Maintain current doctor relationships in the assigned territory through assistance with the CURT registry, up to date news of the landscape and event coordination

Prepare comprehensive internal key performance indicators, present strategic plans, and implement steps to grow sales and create demand to improve doctor partnership

Responsible for Sales through the development/management of Dr. strategy in assigned account territory

Leverage all TXOG selling resources to support KPIs in market, including CUP and new product POS, Product Displays and marketing support materials

With direction of Director, Develop and Maintain quarterly physician target lists by Market.

Lead weekly/monthly sales and business development calls with network (Warm lead) physicians. Via In-Person and/or virtual

Execute weekly/monthly sales and business development outreach with out-of-network (Cold lead) targeted physician lists. Via Phone calls and/or email

Ability to lead regular meetings with major clients that unlock additional sales / Business Development Opportunities in assigned account territory

Provide detailed weekly recap of all sales calls, meetings, new physician info, and field marketing opportunities via TXOG CRM platform

Lead Education and Create demand for Texas Original products and services

Function as key liaison for doctors to build and establish long-term business partnerships with Texas Original

Travel expectations: 50% within assigned territory

Typically requires an associate degree and 2–4 years of related experience, or equivalent work experience

Must have regular access to reliable vehicle transportation and be able to travel on a regular basis, up to 70% of the time
