Job Summary
Responsible for coordinating and carrying out activities related to implementation of the Agency Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) program, which may include support of Agency Accreditation and licensing processes, support of Agency CQI teams, data entry, analysis and report writing.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist with development of CQI processes and program teams for RYF programs and services.
- Support and monitor effectiveness of identified Agency CQI program teams. : Provide individualized attention and support to RYF Program Directors
- Track deadlines for corrective action plans and monitor results
- Aggregate and analyze data and write reports for identified stakeholders, Program Directors and CQI committees
- Assist with facilitation of program specification and planning processes
- Actively participate on or facilitate CQI committees or CQI-related subcommittees
- Provide support for CQI activities that may include Annual Client Satisfaction study, personnel reporting, program specification and program evaluation.
- Assist in coordination and preparation for the Agency reaccreditation processes, including compiling accreditation documentation and evidence and onsite reviews
- Provide ongoing updates to Program Directors and Agency Management of changes in accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate periodic internal audits and focused reviews of compliance with Accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in and support the coordination and preparation of licensing/accreditation reviews for the Agency
- Maintain updated copies of agency program manuals: design and monitor distribution system for additions and corrections to manuals.
- Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelors Level Professional, with degree in Social Services or Human Services preferred, or equivalent level of experience in a social service, educational, or mental health organization, preferably one that works with children and families.
- Knowledge and familiarity with CARF and COA standards and basic Quality Improvement processes preferred.
- Computer skills: experience using SPSS, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge and understanding of data collection and management, basic research techniques and methodologies.
- Demonstrated organization, facilitation, written and oral communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrates strong communication skills, organizational management skills.
- Demonstrates strong leadership skills.
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Must pass a DCFS background check and have an approved driving record.
