Description:
With minimal supervision, the Patient Services Representative (PSR) will manage calls from patients, insurance representatives and attorneys. The position will be responsible for verifying patient's eligibility, updating patient demographics and insurance information, researching patient out-of-pocket responsibility and working accounts in compliance with billing guidelines. If necessary, the PSR will call patients.
Requirements:

Proven experience working in a high volume Call Center
