Large Format Printer is seeking to add a Project Manager to our team. This individual plays a key role in managing jobs, tracking milestones, supporting internal and external stakeholders as well as taking overall ownership of the job from estimate through invoice.
The Project Manager will be responsible for the following tasks:
-Heavy client communication via e-mail, phone calls, in-person and online meetings
-Write up job tickets and milestones for internal departments
-Address inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
-Maintain timelines of jobs and track key job milestones
-Ensure accurate data is stored in the job and accurate information is shared with internal and external stakeholders
-Request materials to ensure timely completion of job
-Providing regular status updates to internal and external partners
-Handle multiple projects with constantly changing priorities
-Other duties as assigned by management.
The Project Manager will have the following qualifications:
-**MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A COMMERICAL PRINT FACILITY**
-Ability to handle changing priorities
-Ability to multitask
-Attention do detail
-Customer service skills
-Knowledge of Large Format Printing
-Strong communication skills
-Computer Skills (Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite)
