Crossroads Animal Hospital is an active 5-doctor general practice that provides high-quality care and medicine for our canine and feline patients. We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer service oriented individual to join our outstanding front desk team Monday thru Friday evenings. We are looking for full or part time candidates. Responsibilities include:
· Warmly greet clients and their pets
· answer phones, relay succinct messages to doctors and others
· schedule appointments appropriately and thoughtfully, both on the phone and in person
· Accurately interpret, document, and keep medical records in accordance with hospital policy
· financial transactions
· maintain reception area cleanliness
