Filet is a privately owned, one of a kind, casual dining, bistro style restaurant, located in the heart of a resort, retirement community. Although having in place professional operating systems, we are very much like a family. We support, respect, and encourage each other, always striving to work as a team, understanding that it takes every staff member to make Filet successful.
Who we are looking for:
Our Chef/Management addition needs to be honest, creative, flexible, dedicated, loyal, humbly confident in their abilities to lead by example, but never too proud to roll up their sleeves and do whatever it takes in the moment. Our kitchen and front of the house staff consists of several employees that have been here for many years. We are looking for someone with that same investment quality, committed for the long haul, and not ready to jump ship when the going gets tough. Someone that understands the complexity of a group of people, their strengths, weaknesses and differences, will be able to come enhance and reinforce what Filet has already become.
