We are looking for one Machine Operators on our 1st shift to support our continued growth. Machine operators perform all duties related to the production and handling of deposited film. They also:
- Operate sputtering equipment, loading and unloading rolls, maintaining a clean working environment, monitor sputtering chamber data, assist in quality control measures, and other routine tasks related to production.
- Machine operators will receive specialized training related to the sputtering process and must learn operating procedures.
- Support our goal to keep our workplace safe by observing OSHA/company safety policies and keeping their work areas clean and safe.
- Work well independently and keep other team members informed of progress, issues and/or concerns.
- Operators must be capable of working independently and must be able to lift heavy (50-70 lb) objects.
- Are comfortable using hand tools, power tools, crane or forklift.
