We are looking for a prudent property manager to be responsible for the direct management oversight of an affordable housing complex. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction, and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the assigned property
- Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
- Advertise and market vacant apartments to attract tenants
- Collect accounts receivable and manage operating expenses
Skills
- Proven work experience as HUD/Tax Credit manager
- Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects
- Understand HUD and tax credit rules and regulations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
