Responsibilities:
- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements.
- Diagnose and repair vehicle issues, such as engine problems, electrical malfunctions, and brake system failures.
- Conduct vehicle inspections to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle problems.
- Perform powertrain repairs, including transmission and engine repairs or replacements.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in automotive technology, including ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems).
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, including powertrain, electrical, and braking systems.
- Familiarity with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) is a plus.
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve vehicle issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients about their vehicle's needs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
