Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Financial Assistant and Executive Coordinator. This role combines the responsibilities of a bookkeeper/accountant and an Executive Coordinator. The ideal candidate should be comfortable in a dynamic environment, have a strong financial understanding, and be able to efficiently switch between finance and executive support duties.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial analysis.Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong Excel skills is a must. (VLOOKUP’s, Pivot Tables,etc)
- Experience with ERP (QuickBooks, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, SAP, any other)
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented, able to organize financial data and understand financial statements
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Responsibilities:
1. Financial Tasks:
- Perform bookkeeping and accounting duties, including but not limited to, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling financial statements, and maintaining financial records.
- Assist in budget preparation, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Handle routine financial transactions and assist in financial analysis as required.
2. Executive Support:
- Act as a primary point of contact between internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage the calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations, summarizing key information and insights.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
