Responsibilities and Duties:
- A superior understanding of high-profile client needs and preferences
- A polished and professional appearance and manner
- Consistently provide an extremely high level of service at all times
- A solid understanding of insurance plans and ability to confirm patient's benefits and eligibility
- Calculate and collect payments such as co-pays, deductibles, and co-insurance
- Ability to quickly analyze a situation, come up with solutions, and implement them effectively
- Schedule appointments and manage clinician schedules
- Computer and Internet savvy
- Stellar ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people, both in writing and verbally
Qualifications and Skills
2 years minimum experience in a hospitality or customer service-driven environment
Thorough understanding of computer and internet applications including Microsoft Office Suite, Chrome and Firefox browsers, and other clould-based applications
