Essential functions for this position are as follows:
- Lease Administration
- Duties include but are not limited to; on-boarding of new tenants, enforcement of tenant responsibilities, collection of lease-related documents, and maintaining clean and accurate records.
- Accounts Receivable
- Duties include but are not limited to; communicating with tenants and landlords regarding past due rent, collaborating with the Accounting Department as it relates to billing and receiving rent.
- Facilities Management
- Duties include but are not limited to; working in conjunction with the Facilities Department to resolve Work Orders, deliver property inspections to clients, and track building projects.
- Customer Service
- Duties include but are not limited to; communicating with landlords, tenants, and vendors in a clear and respectful manner, maintaining availability to respond quickly to all inbound communications.
- Property Accounting
- Duties include but are not limited to; invoice review and approval, review of financial reports with clients, and preparation of annual operating budgets.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of Texas, with the ability to change brokerages.
- Must hold current Texas Driver’s License.
- Must have a reliable vehicle. Mileage reimbursement to be negotiated after employment.
- Must live within Austin Metro Area, or able to relocate prior to employment start date.
- Must have current cell phone plan with ability to take and share photos.
- Basic knowledge of commercial property-related facilities and systems.
- Self-starter and ability to respond to emergency situations.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs.
2. Must be able to walk/stand for extended periods of time.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED:
1. High School diploma or GED.
2. Strong verbal and interpersonal skills. Possess strong listening and verbal communication. skills, problem solving skills; as well as being detail-oriented and organized.
3. Bilingual is an added skill.
4. Experience with commercial NNN leases is beneficial.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
