- Serve as a multifaceted, hands-on technical expert leading quality efforts related to design quality, manufacturing quality engineering, and assurance.
- Allocate time as follows: 50% on designing product/process quality and developing test methods, 40% on transfer/validation and ongoing quality engineering support, and 10% on QMS development and management.
- Collaborate with customers and the R&D department to develop new product specifications and supporting test methods to evaluate design performance.
- Create and continually review Risk Management documentation, including DFMEA.
- Develop test methods, evaluation standards, and process measurement tools to support the R&D team in analyzing and improving new materials and manufacturing processes.
- Provide technical quality leadership to project teams, overseeing decisions and deliverables such as Design Change Analysis, Design Inputs, Design Outputs, Test Methods, Design Reviews, Design V&V, Usability Testing, and Process Validation.
- Write and execute validations to assess the capability of new products and manufacturing processes as they transition from R&D to large-scale manufacturing.
- Work with the manufacturing and engineering team to investigate and correct manufacturing errors and reduce sources of variability in processes and product outputs.
- Lead the deployment of a Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001 and support documentation and compliance across functions.

- Over 5 years of engineering experience in technical product/process development and industrialization.
- Expertise in leading new product and material test method development.
- Proven experience in full-scale validation of test methods and manufacturing processes.
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering).
- Significant contribution to large-scale, multi-departmental product development projects.
- Ability to lead through influence and effectively resolve quality-related issues.
- Experience in leading process improvement projects using Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.
- Over 5 years of experience in industries such as chemical, electronics, aerospace, or automotive.
